Pager’s mission is to enable the world to express their digital lives.
We are building a new format for capturing and sharing our lives online. We believe screenshots are the digital photographs of our generation. Pager envisions a world where screenshots are the social springboard of the curated internet. We are building the first screenshot-native technology to unlock the power of these digital photographs. Pager’s technology allows anyone to access the source content behind screenshots, instantly retrieving shopping links, songs, videos and more.
We are headquartered in New York and just raised $5M in financing, led by Homebrew, the same investors behind AngelList, Chime, Carbon Health, Color, Finix and Plaid.
Did you know? 90% of people in the USA take screenshots and on average a user takes 4 to 5 screenshots a day!
We are building a mobile app that lets you organize your screenshots and automatically gives you the exact link from where you originally got it. With our app, you can filter your screenshots, make them searchable and create and share albums. We use Computer Vision and AI/ML to link the screenshot to where it was originally from.
Pager is an early stage company at the intersection of computer vision and consumer social. We're a small team of experienced engineers thinking creatively about how we can build a new way to capture and share digital experiences. Why? Because we envision an internet that is more actionable and cross-platform than we ever imagined.
As we scale Pager, we are excited to grow our world-class team as we work to fundamentally change digital expression. Our mission centers around creating joyful, inclusive online spaces that transcend the “walled gardens” of the internet. As such, we are focused on creating a culture where team members are empowered to show up as their full selves, take ownership, and collaborate around shared values. We value humility, empathy, creativity, accountability, and the idea that we are able to accomplish more together than alone.
